Rubbish can't alter delivery date,keeps asking for card details and not accepting them, infuriating,!
The app is not working,It won't load properly 😒 it is causing me concern.
EDIT2: New version installed since last edit: NO CHANGE! Still required to sign in; still have to redo privacy settings. I AM DONE!/EDIT2 EDIT: I am now done with the ASDA app and probably ASDA. I refuse to repeatedly check hundreds of companies wanting to put cookies on my 'phone. /EDIT Nearly every time I open this app I am forced to sign in. Again! Every time I sign in to this app I am forced to select my privacy settings. Again! I will be shopping elsewhere if this continues. 🍌😤😤
On clicking asda app it opens on a page from George and you cant get off it this is annoying because i have not bought from george tried uninstalling but on re-- installing it does exactely the same
I've been very happy with the app with its ease of use. But with the last 2 orders when I have tried to check out it just won't work. So I've had to go to the main online site to confirm order or updates.
So easy to use.
Every week around 9 plus substitutes! Every week something out of date! A few items have been weeks out of date too (fresh food as well 🤢) Every week dates are day before, day of or just after date of delivery 😡 Spending £300 plus a week with Asda and getting this service is disgraceful! never did till they were taken over! now standards completely gone! It's like staff are told to pack out of date & short dates for delivery customers!? 🤔 Only explanation 🤷♀️ App fab, Asda rubbish!
